Today Albin and Mario decommissioned the eddy flux tower at Neustift (FLUXNET ID: AT-Neu) and handed over the keys for the site to Georg Leitinger, who will use it for doing small-scale lysimeter measurements.

 
Seems Albin is having a hard time let go … no wonder after 20 years of measurements at the site. 

Yesterday the understory eddy covariance system was installed by Kathi, Lorenz, Sebastian and Georg, and Mario completed the installation of the dendrometers,
